not getting all emails

I'm not sure if all emails and ims are being monitored. Seems to be gaps in conversations. Also when pictures are sent , they don't show up. Is this right? Is there anything I can do to get the Pics? If I have to make any corrections I need very specific instructions. thanks

I see in your system information that you are missing necessary runtime files for Watch Right to function properly, and also that you use Norton Internet Security.

Norton Antivirus mistakingly identifies Watch Right as spyware and deletes some of its files -- none of our programs contain any virus or spyware.

You need to set Norton Antivirus to ignore/allow Watch Right by adding it to Norton's list of exclusions. You may be able to restore the missing WR files from Norton's quarantined files, or just reinstall Watch Right after you have set Norton to allow it to run.

I'm not sure what to do. computer illiterate!! is this norton antivirus on this computer already. How do i find it? what do i do? step by step. so i can print out the answer. will WR show up so it can be seen on this computer. I want it hidden.

Can you reply asap as I'm leaving and won't have this computer for awhile. would like to correct this before i leave Thurs. am

You are also using an outdated version of WatchRight.

Please download and install the latest version 2002.0.77.

This is available from our website library located at www.bpssoft.com.

If you still have problems, please post an update BPS System Information Report.

Apparently, you have Norton Internet Security (which includes Norton Antivirus) installed on your computer. This is a program by Symantec. I suggest you read the Online Help file or printed manual for this program, as we can only provide support for our own programs.

Watch Right is disguised as a computer atomic clock. It will not appear as a logging program on your computer.

I don't know if you got this message. To install updated version, do I have to uninstall the current version that I'm using. Do I disable WR. then go to bps and install new version? Is there an additonal charge and do I need a new registration number ?

There is no upgrade fee required for this update.
Simply download the new installer here: BPS Software Downloads.

After you download the installer, locate it and double-click to start the update.
You do not need to change any setting(s) within WatchRight.
