I have now had to pay for watch right twice and it still doesn't work right. I cannot monitor internet browser sessions ( yes I have it marked to do it) and sent emails do not record and now IM is not recording. Is there anyway I can talk to someone? I have tried this board before with no luck and it is very frustrating. Is there anyway to get a refund so that I can find another monitoring system that works

I have now had to pay for watch right twice and it still doesn't work right. Paying twice is not going to fix problems with a program. There's no reason why you should have purchased Watch Right twice. This message board is the only mean of technical support we offer. Our programs are shareware, which means "Try before you buy". Because of this and the fact that we can't "take back" your registration number, we cannot offer refunds, sorry. Please post your BPS system information following these steps: 1. Click the Windows "Start" button. 2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system. 3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group. 4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely. 5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.) 6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post. 7. Click the "Post Message" button. |
