not monitoring internet browser

Watch right is not viewing the web pages visited. When I check on to view "internet browswer sessions" it is blank. I know sites have been visited and I wnt to be able to view these sites. It has worked in the past, but over the past month it has not worked. What's up? I have reinstalled watchright to see if that would correct the problem, but it did not correct it.

Please post your BPS system information following these steps:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.
