My Watchright Doesn't work anymore

Here's what happened...I havent' used it in a while, though I know I'm running the most recent edition. I looked a the reports and saw that Watchright had stopped monitoring in March. I went to the message board and saw the suggestion to reset WR, so I did that. Now it doesn't even open. It ignores everything I type in the box; password or serial #. Please advisee...see below. Thank you.

You're actually running an older version of Watch Right. The latest version is 2002.0.77. You can download the new version from our web site at www.bpssoft.com

Also, I see that you're using Norton Antivirus, which now mistakingly identifies Watch Right as spyware and prevents it from functioning properly (according to your system info, Norton has apparently deleted several of the runtime files needed for the program to work.)

Before reinstalling WR, make sure to temporarily disable Norton. Once Watch Right has been reinstalled, you will need to set Norton to ignore Watch Right in subsequent scans in order to prevent it from deleting its components again.

If you have reset Watch Right, you should be able to use your WR registration number (not serial number) to open it. You can then set a new password.
