Some necessary system files are missing from your Watch Right installation. I see that you're using Symantec's Norton Antivirus -- this program mistakingly identifies WR as spyware and deletes some of its components.

You may be able to restore those components from Norton's quarantine, or simply reinstall WR over itself. Make sure to disable Norton Antivirus before reinstalling WR, then set Norton to "Ignore" (or allow) WR, so it no longer deletes it in the future.
