WR not picking up all IMs; threads from other SNs

WatchRight is not picking up all the IMs that are being sent or received on this machine. Also, when I click on a particular thread, the thread is with a different screen name from that listed. In other words, if the list of IMs says there is a thread on 4/25/06 with SN "SoccerChk8848," if I click on that item and open the thread, the thread is with another third party SN besides "SoccerChk8848", say "CoolDude4BBall." Any thoughts? Here's my info.

I see in you have McAfee Antivirus on your system. McAfee mistakingly identifies WatchRight as spyware and can remove one of WR's necessary components. You will need to set McAfee to ignore Watch Right during scans.

I also see that you have a very large amount of programs that automatically start with Windows, most of which are unnecessary. Some of those programs may also prevent other programs from functioning properly (like WR). Please look at the information below to disable all programs that are not absolutely necessary:
