hello
i have downloaded watchright and it said i could have it on a 10 day free trial but now i cant get it to open i have tried this about 5 times now can you help me please

What happens exactly when you try to open it? Do you get any error message?
Also, please post your BPS System Information, so we can check whether something is preventing the program from functioning properly:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.

no error message comes up i get the clock bit and thats it.
i have also tried to buy it but cant get on the part where you click to buy now

Were you able to get into your control panel of Watch Right by putting in your password again and clicking on Update now....if it doesn't work the first time try it a second...if it doesn't work a second time then try putting your Registration number in where you would normally put your Password in and set a new password in case maybe you are entering the wrong password. It seems that you are missing some necessary files for WatchRight to function properly.
I see that you are using both AOL Safety & Security and McAfee Antivirus, both of which have been known to misidentify WatchRight as spyware, and thus deleting necessary files from the program.
I would recommend you try the following:
1) Uninstall AOL Safety & Security (or set it to always allow WatchRight.)
2) Uninstall WatchRight.
3) Temporarily disable McAfee Antivirus.
4) Reinstall WatchRight.
5) Set McAfee Antivirus to always ignore WatchRight, in order to prevent it from deleting necessary components in the future.
As for purchasing WatchRight, our secure PowerShop server has been experiencing technical difficulties throughout the week. We hope this will be fixed shortly.

Did you actually uninstall Watch using the Windows Add/Remove Programs function, and then reinstalled it? Please explain exactly what you did and what happens. Also, could you please post your updated BPS System Info again, so we can see what else could be causing a problem? Thanks. |
