I have 4 children each has their own log in - I have one as well - I have Watchright installed on my log in and it is not picking up the kids activity. How do I have this monitor the entire computer's activity, not just on my log in. I would like that the watch right icon not appear on the desk top, for any if possible as well. Running Windows XP

I have 4 children each has their own log in - I have one as well - I have Watchright installed on my log in and it is not picking up the kids activity. How do I have this monitor the entire computer's activity, not just on my log in. I would like that the watch right icon not appear on the desk top, for any if possible as well. Running Windows XP Please try this, or let me know if this is how you have been handling it: First make sure its checked to Monitor All. If your children have different "user accounts," they will all be logged, but to switch from one account to another, everyone needs to use the "Log Off" feature, not the "Switch" feature ('When you click the Start button, at the bottom you see "Log off <name>." If you click that, you have a Switch Option and a Log Off option. Use the Log Off option.) ----------------- If that does not work, please post a System Information so we may take a look at it and see if something is going on that your WR will not log. As far as not having the Icon on your desktop for anyone to see, it has been desguised to look like a clock for that reason, so the kids can't pick up what it is, but if you would still rather take if off all their screens, you can right click on the Icon, on each of their log on's, and click delete, you can then open the program by going to Programs, BPS Software, Watch Right. Directions for posting System Information: 1. Click the Windows "Start" button. 2. Click on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system. 3. Click on the "BPS SoftWare" program group. 4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely. 5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.) 6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right-click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post. BPS TBear
