Watchright not monitoring AIM

A few weeks ago our daughter downloaded AIM Triton. Since then we have not been able to track IM activity.
Our activity sheet is enclosed.

If you aren't using WatchRight 2002.0.77 please download and install the latest version -- it does include the ability to log Triton AIM conversations.

It is available from www.bpssoft.com.

If you are using the latest version of WatchRight, please post a System Information Report.

Directions:

Please follow these directions to post the BPS System Information Report:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right-click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

I don't see your AIM version but you did say it was Triton, but just to double check can you please click on Help in AIM and let us know what version numbers are there?

Also...You will need to Allow AOL Safety and Security, that will block WR from logging, follow these directions and let us know if this helps.

1. Open AOL Safety and Security
2. Click on the arrow next to "Spyware Protection"
This should display links titled: Allowed Items / Blocked Items
3. Click on "Blocked Items"
4. Locate "WatchRight" in this list, click on the scan date and click on "Restore".

-- The next time you run a scan make certain you place "WatchRight" on the Allow button, then select Apply.
To confirm this selection, click on the "Allowed Items" link -- WatchRight should be listed.
