Thanks for taking a look at this again.
The system info will follow.
I don't think it is monitoring because the last log registered was April 27 and I'm confident that the kids have IM'ed over the weekend.

Something is removing your files, it is still showing you have a few missing files. Can you please check again in both Programs and in the Control Panel (add/remove programs) for AOL Safety and Security? Do you use any extra program for and kind of scanning on your system that I may not be seeing in your info. And also, you are using AIM Triton correct? Sorry for all the question. Thank you

I've been out of town.
WR is still not tracking the AOL Triton IM that the kids are using.
It has shown that there are conversations that take place but it does not record them.
Last night my son had 3 windows up and was IM'ing 3 people at the same time - lots of comments. When I checked today there was a log that one conversation took place but only had the first two lines of the dialog - nothing else.

What could be causing this intermittent problem?
There is no AOL Safety and Security
I use Spybot and Ad aware and AVGanti virus software but nothing else.

Your system information shows that there are still some missing system files. I would suggest you temporarily disable all antivirus and antispyware software, then reinstall Watch Right.

Once this is done, and before you enable any other scanning programs again, please post an updated system information, so we can see whether the missing system files have been reinstalled. If those files disappear again after you re-enable any antivirus/antispyware programs, that will mean one of those programs is misidentifying WR as spyware and deleting necessary files.

Addendum:

I noticed the following error messages from your postings:

Module: LockZip
Description: Permission denied

Since you're using WindowsXP, ALL users, expect for the Admin must be Logged Off before trying to view the WatchRight log.
Windows XP has the ability to "Switch" from one user to another, but WatchRight requires that all other users be completely logged off.

If you aren't using a multi-logger function within Windows XP, you may want to try and reset WatchRight.

Launch Watch Right, click on Options > Reset Watch Right.

Note: You will lose any previously saved log data -- make certain you print anything you wish to keep a copy of.
