Watch right not tracking

Since 3/26, Watch Right is not working on my computer. It is not tracking IM's, web sites visited, etc. Below is the BPS Sys Info. log as of today. Could you PLEASE tell me what the problem is, and PLEASE don't tell me that I have to just "reset" Watch Right because I have VALUABLE information logged using this system, one IM that I just used in a court case where my daughter was the victim of an assault!



Please advise ASAP !!!! I haven't been able to get in touch with you people for over 10 days because AOL says there is some problem but doesn't know when it would be resolved!

Disable some of the unnecessary programs set to load with Windows:

Disable Unnecessary Startup Programs:

• Click on START
  
• Click on RUN
  
• Type in MSCONFiG and hit Enter
  
• Click over to the Startup tab
  
• Remove the checkmarks next to the following items:
  
  IgfxTray
  TkBellExe
  hcadyaa C:\WINDOWS\system32\hcadyaa.exe Question: Do you know what hcadyaa.exe is?
  MMTray
  AOLDialer Note: Do NOT disable this if you use a modem (dial-up) connection
  HostManager
  AOLSPScheduler
  iTunesHelper
  QuickTime Task
  
  
• When finished, hit Apply > OK. Restart your computer.
