I had watch right on my computer and had to get a new computer as the old one wasn't working. I reinstalled watch right but my old registration number would not work. I sent an email to the support people (2 of them actually) and included the new serial number. I have not gotten a response and I think the trial may have left my computer. Please advise asap. Thanks.

How long ago did you send an email to IPG Support? Also, did you send them all the information they need? (besides the new serial number, they also need your full name.)
A common problem when people aren't receiving a reply is that their mail settings are either blocking emails from IPG, or IPG's response has been automatically moved to a spam folder. Make sure that your mail settings aren't blocking emails from ipgsupport@aol.com, and that an email from them hasn't been placed in your spam folder.

Sorry about posting twice. I was correcting something. I did finally get the registration info and put it in. All is set and the program is not being blocked but it is NOT monitoring the IM or the regular internet.

All is set and the program is not being blocked but it is NOT monitoring the IM or the regular internet. Is this something that just started happening? Was it monitoring everything properly during the trial period? In any case, please post your BPS system information following these steps: 1. Click the Windows "Start" button. 2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system. 3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group. 4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely. 5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.) 6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post. 7. Click the "Post Message" button.
