Due to viruses we had to reconfigure our computer so Watchright was erased from our computer!! I have emailed IPGSupport@aol.com three (3) times and left voicemail but noone is replying. I am on day 10 of my 10 day trial and seriously need help obtaining my registration number!?!!

Several things to check: 1. Make sure that you have not blocked your mail for IPGSupport@aol.com. 2. Look in your spam/junk mail folder in case IPG's email was filtered as such. 3. And last, did you send IPG all the following information? - Your full name
- The name of the product
- Current serial number from Watch Right as installed on your current computer (this can be found in the "About" screen.)
