I noticed you're using AOL Spyware, I would check that program to see if it has blocked WatchRight.
AOL Spyware is highly inaccurate and I removed it from my own system.

You should review our article here, which includes two programs we recommend for Spyware detection and removal:
Protecting Yourself Against Spyware.

Let me know if you find anything within the AOL Spyware program.

That is one of the first things that I did check. This is not blocking the program. I was wondering if I should reset the software or any other suggestions. I have restarted the computer as well to check it.

You can easily reset the software.. however, I would personally uninstall AOL Spyware Scanner. I wouldn't be suprised if it were the base of your problems. I've seen Watch Right falsely identified as "BlackBox" before so it's possible it was blocked under an alternative name.

Reset Watch Right:

1. Click on START > (All) Programs > BPS Software > Watch Right

2. Type in your password

3. Click on Options > Reset Watch Right

NOTE: This will delete any saved logs, make sure you've printed anything you with to keep a copy of.
