When my daughter is IMing she hits the space bar instead of the "x" at the top of the mesage box to make the box go away. The problem with this is that Watch Right does not record any of these conversations. This is obviously a bug in the system. Has anyone else encountered this? How can it be fixed?

The space bar? This is odd... Pressing the space bar in an IM should normally just insert a space in the IM's text, not close a window. Which version of AIM are you using?
If you post your BPS System Information Report, we can take a look to see whether something else might be preventing WR from recording the logs:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.
