You are receiving a lockfile error message which could indicate the file has become corrupt or you aren't using the "Log Off" feature if your computer has more than one user name.

Instead of clicking on START > Shut Down > Switch User Name you need to click on START > Log Off.

If that isn't the case, follow these directions to reset WatchRight.

[NOTE: Any saved logs will be deleted!]

1. Launch WatchRight
2. Type in your password
3. At the Access Panel, click on "Option" > "Reset WatchRight"
