my watchright is not monitoring anymore. would it have something to do with the Norton Anti-virus protection that i installed? If so, how can i get watchright to start working again?

Could you please post your BPS System Information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.

You are using an outdated version of Watch Right. Please upgrade to Watch Right 2002.0.77, which you can download from our web site at www.bpssoft.comSee if this fixes the problem you're experiencing. If not, please post your results along with an updated system information. Thanks. |

I downloaded the updated version of Watchright (2002.0.77) and it is still not monitoring at all.

I downloaded the updated version of Watchright (2002.0.77) and it is still not monitoring at all. FaxCenterServer "C:\Program Files\Lexmark Fax Try turning off your Fax Software, instead of leaving it on to always recieve a fax, it is best if you can shut that down and turn on when needed.....then see if WR will monitor......and also make sure the WR control panel that you would check the logs through is closed while trying to monitor......if that window is open it will not monitor. And make sure its checked to either Monitor all or you have the exact names in there and that your settings are the same......please let us know if any of this has worked. :-) BPS TBear |

I didn't know i had any fax software turned on. The only thing i could see was something called Lexmark Fax Solutions, so i uninstalled it. I don't fax to or from my home anyway. Before I did that though, I noticed my Watchright was working. We'll see if it continues to do so. Thank you very much for your help.
