Since installing Trend Micro virus scan software, the system detects a virus and Watch Right is no longer monitoring AIM. I uninstalled and re-installed and immediately the virus scanner quarantines files related to Watch Right. Now I have a registatration # that doesn't work with the serial # I installed !!

Some antivirus programs misidentify certain files as virus because they only check for file names. Our software doesn't contain any virus or spyware. You will need to reinstall Watch Right and then set your antivirus program to ignore the Watch Right files so it won't quarantine them in the future.
As long as you reinstall Watch Right on the same computer (and that your hard disk has not been reformatted,) your registration number should work, as it is tied to your hard disk's serial number.
