It appears that something is preventing the main logging component of WatchRight (WREXEC.EXE) from running.

I noticed you have Symantec installed -- does this include full Antivirus scanning?
If so, update the virus signature files, then run a complete scan on your computer.

If not, I highly recommend AVG Free, it's a great tool to combat viruses. It's always free and can be downloaded here.

I'd also like you to download Ad-Aware and allow it to scan your file for known Spyware programs. This program is also free.

Once you've finished -- please post an updated System Information Report.

I do not have time for this. I do not feel I should have to pay 39.95 for something that only worked for 2 weeks. Please let me know how to request a refund.

As Rocky mentioned, another program (which has nothing to do with Watch Right) is likely preventing WR from working properly. It could be a virus, a spyware, your antivirus program, or another program altogether.

Thanks for posting the updated System Information Report. I can see now that the WatchRight logging component is at least loading.

My main concern is that you still have known spyware on your computer. For instance, this program:

Should have been detected by Ad-Aware.
When you ran Ad-Aware, did you click on the "Update" button to allow it to update it's internal spyware signature files?

I'd also like you to launch Ad-Aware and run a complete scan:

How to Update & Configure Ad-Aware:

Click on START > Programs > LavaSoft Ad-Aware SE > LavaSoft Ad-Aware SE Personal
Click on the "Check for updates" link just above START.
Click on the "Connect" button.
If an update is found, click on the "OK" button to start the download process.
When complete, click on "Finish", this will take you back to the main screen.
Now, click on "START" to begin the scanning process, make certain both of these options are selected:

**Perform Full System Scan
**Search for negligable risk entries

Click on NEXT.
Remove any items found (if prompted to allow Ad-Aware to run at reboot, click on "YES").

Susan, the spyware programs Rocky mentioned in his previous post are still present on your system. Did you actually install Ad-Aware, updated the Ad-Aware database, and ran a full system scan as instructed?

If you follow all the steps we give you carefully, removing all spyware and unnecessary startup programs from your system, Watch Right will be able to function properly.

Please let us know exactly what steps you've taken so far.
