Have you formatted your drive at all or are you trying this program on a different computer than you purchased if for, if not, please explain exactly what has happened. BPS TBear

I downloaded the trial on a computer, had to leave before completed setting up password, then when came back, it wouldn't let me create my own password. It's possible someone else entered a password, but I don't know what it is. I tried to uninstall, then reinstall, but still won't let me create my own password. I have this on another machine and it is working fine. I'm at day 9 in the trial and will purchase it if I can get it to work on both children's computers. I'd like to completely delete the software from the 2nd computer and reinstall it from scratch and have the program ask me to create a password. Can I do this?

Enter your registration number into the Time Server field (where you normally enter your password) and hit Enter. The registration number will allow you to view the access panel.
Once here, click on "Option" and select "Change Password".
