Did I post the full report? If not I need to know how to do that. I am at work 7:30am to 2pm so I can't do anything on my home computer but I really need to get this problem fixed today. When is the best time to reach on of the tech support people. I see that you all are not online all the time. Is there a number to call if you are not online. I use this program to track my children's activity and have not been able to do this for over one week. This is very frustrating. I have dial up service so it is so somethings to down load things. I have downloaded that update twice but I don't think it updated the current version. I did what the directions said to do. Please HELP. Thanks

Make sure you are posting the System Info from the computer that is having the Problem. And we are missing the top half of the System info, when you bring it up see if there is more showing up on the upper half that would show all the verions numbers of what you are using, here are the directions on how to post that system info:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "New Thread" button in this board (or "Reply" button in your thread if you already have one open for your problem), right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.

As far as being not being able to upgrade Watch Right, after you Download it, are you installing it. You would download WR first, then you should be going to Start, Search, Files and Folder, click on the drive that is your hard drive, normally C: and type in WRCK2002.exe, when that shows up, double click on that file and that will start to install WR. Follow the online instructions, after you do that you should have the upgraded version of WR 2002.0.77

I will try to copy to the clipboard again. On the download I did exactly what you said. I told it to start the download but it doesn't say 2002.0.77
