I had watch right on my computer and had to get a new computer and the old one wasn't working. I reinstalled watch right but my old registration number would not work. I sent an email to the support people (2 of them actually) and included the new serial number. I have not gotten a response and I think the trial may have left my computer. Please advise asap. Thanks.
