We have been satisfied customers since our family purchase of Watchright. Several weeks ago it went on strike, and though my husband has tried several interventions, it is still not working at all. Please HELP! Thank you. Rosie

What is the exact problem you're experiencing with the program? Are you still able to open the Control Panel? Is Watch Right not logging anything, or only certain things? Are you getting any error messages?
Also, could you please post your system information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right-click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

Carole: Thank you for your quick reply. We are able to access the control panel, but there is no information once we arrive at the screen. Watchright is logging nothing. An occasional screen name, no messages, and once in a while a full blank screen. Please be informed we recently installed Norton AntiVirus 2004 Newest Version. We have had other Norton software with past Watchright useage. As per your request our System Information follows. Thank you for your help.

It looks as if you have AOL Safety and Security installed. This program falsely identifies WatchRight and prevents the logging component (wrexec.exe) from running.
Follow these directions to get WatchRight logging again:
1. Open AOL Safety and Security 2. Click on the arrow next to "Spyware Protection" This should display links titled: Allowed Items / Blocked Items 3. Click on "Blocked Items" 4. Locate "WatchRight" in this list, click on the scan date and click on "Restore".
-- The next time you run a scan make certain you place "WatchRight" on the Allow menu, then select Apply. To confirm this selection, click on the "Allowed Items" link -- WatchRight should be listed.
