Emails FROM not displaying correctly

Even though I have latest version, all read emails in the FROM field have the same address.

You are using the latest version of WatchRight, but I noticed you're computer still lists "AOL Companion" as a running service. This would indicate you're using a very old version of AOL 9.0. AOL stopped releasing "Companion" as a part of its software recently.

Could you please launch AOL, click on HELP > About America Online and post the Revision number listed. This will be written in red bold font.

There are two other recommendations I would like to make.

1: You're using AOL Safety and Security. This has been known to "isolate" WatchRight and prevent it from successfully logging data. This might be the issue with you because the main logging component (wrexec.exe) is *not* listed as a running process on your machine.

Follow these steps to add WatchRight to the "Allow" list:

1. Open AOL Safety and Security
2. Click on the arrow next to "Spyware Protection"
This should display links titled: Allowed Items / Blocked Items
3. Click on "Blocked Items"
4. Locate "WatchRight" in this list, click on the scan date and click on "Restore".

-- The next time you run a scan make certain you place "WatchRight" on the Allow button, then select Apply.
To confirm this selection, click on the "Allowed Items" link -- WatchRight should be listed.

2. Disable Unnecessary Startup Items.

. Type in MSCONFiG and hit Enter
. Click over to the Startup tab
. Remove the checkmarks next to the items listed below
. When finished, click on Apply > OK.
. Restart your computer when you have time to finalize this process.
