I have had Watch Right for a couple of years. Since I don't need it anymore, I tried deleting it, because there are always messages popping up about "wrmont." How do I get rid of this? It's taking over my computer and no program will run properly. When I try to uniinstall it, it says I'm not authorized to do so. HELP!

WatchRight doesn't enterfere with any programs on your computer. It's programmed to only monitor a few isolated software titles (AOL, IE, AIM). If you're having issues, it probably doesn't involve WatchRight.
To uninstall WatchRight you must first "Disable Logging". Click on START > (All) Programs > BPS Software > WatchRight. Type your password (your registration number works here too) into the Time Server field and hit Enter. Then you can uninstall WatchRight.
Go into the Windows Control Panel, double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon. Locate "WatchRight" in the list and double-click on that entry to start the uninstall process.

BPS software is no longer on my computer to click on--but tell me this: is "wrmont.exe" the WatchRight monitor? I remember that I did not disable the logging before trying to delete this program.

BPS software is no longer on my computer to click on This may be happening because you attempted to uninstall Watch Right while it was still monitoring. Re-install Watch Right (in the same location), then open the WR Control Panel, disable monitoring, and close the program. You will then be able to uninstall it from the Windows "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
