Does this run in stealth mode like Chat Watch? Is this run automatically at start up? Can I run this at the same time as Chat Watch? Are there any known utilities that may prevent this from running if kids find out about it? Our kids know that we are using Chat Watch. What do wrmont.exe and wrexec.exe do?

Yes, WatchRight does run in stealth mode -- wrexec.exe is visible in the TaskManager, however it cannot be disabled once it is activated. Once you enable WatchRight through its access panel no one can disable or prevent WatchRight from automatically launching without disabling the software first (through the access panel - which is password locked).
I've never used Chathingych, but typically two software monitoring programs conflict with one another and neither log (because of the way the program needs to "grab" the window to read the incoming and outgoing data).
Wrexec.exe is the main logging component of WatchRight. Wrmont.exe simply loads the Wrexec.exe.
WatchRight doesn't log as many chat clients as Chathingych, but it does log their IE visits so you can see exactly where they have been on the web.
I hope this helps.
