In order to uninstall the program, you must first disable its monitoring feature from the Watch Right Control Panel. This must also be done from your system's administrator account.

how do I get into this panel , it just fash on screen then dispears . noting will open . can you help?  this is interfearing with some one my other promgam sience I download and installed it . it made my pc act strange .. |

This may be happening because you attempted to uninstall Watch Right while it was still monitoring.
Try re-installing Watch Right (in the same location), then open the WR Control Panel, disable monitoring, close the program, and uninstall it.
