Ever since I re-installed WR on my new computer, it has continued to have problems. This time, I cannot get past the sign in screen- I get an error message that there is No Host Found . I have an active internet connection. I have run Ad-Aware to remove any files that may be getting in the way. Last time I had a problem, I downloaded the latest version. Now I am trying to open it to read the log, and I can't again. What is going on with this product and how can I get it to work?

If you are using a firewall, please make sure that it is set to allow Internet access to Watch Right (the error message you are getting suggests that it currently doesn't have access.) If you are still experiencing a problem after setting your firewall, we will need more information to be able to help. Please post your detailed system information following the steps in this thread. Thanks.
