Can't open WR

I recently installed Dreamweaver MX 2004 on my computer. Since then, I can't open Watch Right. The error log says:

Description: Failed to load control 'XceedZip' from XCEEDZIP.DLL. Your version of XCEEDZIP.DLL may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

I have two of the Xceedzip.dll files on my hard drive:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM 32
and
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Macromedia\bin

Even though the file is available on your computer it might not be "registered" within Windows. Reinstalling should fix your problem.
