I don't see the AIM version in your System Information which makes me believe you may be using Aim Express which does not need to be downloaded, this version is not logged as of now by Watch Right. You would need to download AIM version 5.9.3861 which is the latest version before Triton, do not download Triton which was just released as it is not yet compatible with WR. You are using the correct version of WR, but you are using a Spyware Remover which is known to remove necessary files from your system. What I would do in this case is download a free Utility called Ad-aware Se which is an Excellent program, I use it myself and scan for spyware with that instead, and then remove Spy Sweeper. You can get Ad-Aware by going to Lavasoft.com and downloading Ad-aware Se the free version. Another free Spyware program you can use is called Spybot Search and Destory, that is also rated in the top 10 and if very good. You can get this program by going to Spybot.com and downloading the free Utility of Spybot Search and Destroy. If you have any problems with any of this please let me know. If your program still does not work after all this you may have to download WR again if you have recently done a Spy Sweeper check in case it has removed any files.
