Versions: --------------Applications------------------- America Online . AIM . Watch Right 2002.0.0.75 Several things I noticed: You have a rather large number of startup programs which could slow down your computer and/or interfere with the proper functioning of Watch Right. Try disabling all programs that are not absolutely necessary at startup following the steps in this thread. Also, I see that you are using an antispyware tool called Cyber Sentinel. I don't know this one in particular, but many such programs have been known to cause trouble or otherwise interfere with WR and other programs. I would recommend you temporarily disable Cyber Sentinel and see whether it fixes the WR logging problem. We usually recommend people to use Ad-Aware SE, a very safe, reliable, and free antispyware program. Click here for more information about this.Last, you are using an outdated version of Watch Right (which is incompatible with AIM Triton, if this is the AIM version you are using.) The latest version of Watch Right is 2002.0.77. You can download it from our web site at www.bpssoft.com . If none of the above helps, please post your updated BPS System Information, along with details on the steps you have taken so far. Thanks.

This is a weird one last week it started to work again. But only when my one daughter is on line. it recorded everything. I really wish we could get this to work. There is nothing out there in the market that is close to being as good as this program is . The problem is that it stoped recording again. Please advise . We need this to work if at all possible.

Larry, Thanks for the updated System Information Report. There are a number of programs that appear to loaded from C:\Windows\ folder(s). I've always had a mental red flag when seeing items loaded from this folder, as there shouldn't be many. In your case, there is quite a few: C:\WINDOWS\system32\atldw.exe appgh32.exe C:\WINDOWS\appgh32.exe mfckj32.exe C:\WINDOWS\mfckj32.exe addxg32.exe C:\WINDOWS\addxg32.exe sysum32.exe C:\WINDOWS\sysum32.exe d3pc.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3pc.exe atlbr.exe C:\WINDOWS\atlbr.exe winoq32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\winoq32.exe ienb.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\ienb.exe netfh32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\netfh32.exe ipbs32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\ipbs32.exe sdksx32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\sdksx32.exe crwy32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\crwy32.exe apisy32.exe C:\WINDOWS\apisy32.exe netkc32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\netkc32.exe ntqt32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntqt32.exe
From my experience this many files typically means there is a variant of a virus on your computer. I notice you have an Antivirus program on your computer, please use it's internal updater to make certain you're using the latest virus definition files and run a complete scan. As an added layer of security, I would like for you to use this free, web-based virus scanner to check your computer for known viruses as well: Free Online Virus Scan. I will personally be looking for the reply to this thread, so please reply with the results of your scan once you have completed them.

Mine too has stopped working. I have tried several times to reinstall. I am trying once more. After some chances to view the logs, I will find out (once more) if it did or did not work.

Please start your own thread and then post your system information in it as explained here. This will allow us to see if something on your system is preventing Watch Right from functionning properly. Thank you.
