All of a sudden Watch Right is not logging Instant Messaging. Only websites. I reinstalled Watch Right and I have McAfee Virus Scan. The message displayed after re installation stated "The file c:\program files\Watch Right\GLH0009.tmp was infected by the W32/Genericlim virus and has been deleted to complete the clean process. I have Ad ware and Spy bot as you suggested. It was working fine for a while and now this. Please assist. Thanks

I would advise that you try uninstalling and reinstalling Watch Right again, since McAfee found a virus in the WR directory after your last reinstallation. McAfee is also known to misidentify some of the system files that come with Watch Right as spyware (the dwspy*.* files) and to delete them. If this has happened to you after scanning with McAfee, you will need to reinstall Watch Right and then make sure to exclude these files from the virus scans. If the problem persists after the second uninstall/reinstall, please post your detailed system information using the BPS System Info utility as explained in this thread. |

Am monitoring emails but don't seem to get all of them. some are pics, no subject and when i look the page is blank
also will be getting a new credit card. how do i notify wr.

Please follow the steps in this thread to post your detailed system information. If you are already a registered WR user, there are no additional fees for using the program, so we don't need your updated credit card info. |
