not logging-is it spyware issue?

Here's a copy of my stuff. I downloaded 2 spyware programs (spybot @ Adware) and I don't know if this is what has interfered with monitoring. Can anybody help?

Ad-Aware and Spybot are safe to use (they are the two free anti-spyware programs we usually recommend.)

I see in your system info that you are using an outdated version of Watch Right that is almost 1 year old. The latest version is 2002.0.75.

Please download and install the latest version over your current version. This should fix the problem you're experiencing.
