WR not logging user

I initially had trouble getting WR to work on my new computer. Once I got past that, it logged IMs for about 1 month and has not logged anything, including web browsing, since Sept. I have checked the settings to make sure the user is still selected for logging. The user is using Internet Explorer. Please advise

Try downloading and installing the latest version of Watch Right, you are a version behind. This should correct your problem, if you are still having a problem please post back and we will work further with you until we have WR working correctly. :-)
