I initially had trouble getting WR to work on my new computer. Once I got past that, it logged IMs for about 1 month and has not logged anything, including web browsing, since Sept. I have checked the settings to make sure the user is still selected for logging. The user is using Internet Explorer. Please advise

Here is my system info: BPS SysInfo Report Watch Right 2002.0.0.73 Try downloading and installing the latest version of Watch Right, you are a version behind.
