Is that user not being logged at all, or only their IMs or browsing sessions?

If the other others are being logged without any problems, perhaps the user not being logged is using the web-based version of AIM and/or another web browser than Internet Explorer? (neither of which will be logged by Watch Right.)

There is a rather large amount of programs running in the background on your computer, which may interfere with other programs. I would advise you run a free anti-spyware program and disable unnecessary background applications by following the steps in these two threads:

Thanks for replying. Watch Right was working properly for all users until October 10, the date the last two messages in my history were recorded. Nothing is being logged for this user, this user does not use AIM and only uses Internet Explorer for the browser. Something made it change, possibly the Anti-Virus or Firewall? McAfee deleted my whole Watch Right program once, maybe it's the office ghost.
