Darrel, You simply need to follow these directions to rename your existing XCeedZip.dll, then reinstall WatchRight to get the correct version of this file.

1. Click on START
2. Click on Search
3. Search for XCEEDZIP.DLL using the following criteria:
- Look in: Hard Drive C:\
- Click on the "Search Options" link
- Place a checkmark in "Advanced Options"
- Check: Search System Folders, Search hidden files and foldes, and Search Subfolders
4. When EXCEEDZIP.DLL is found, right-click on this file > Select Rename. Rename to "EXCEEDZIP.DLLOLD"
5. Reinstall WatchRight
6. Restart your computer after WatchRight is reinstalled.

Running Programs (109 total)

This is the most amount of running programs I've seen on one computer. You really should close unnecessary programs. I'd even consider getting one of the free Spyware utilities mentioned here and allow it to scan your system for known malware.

After you run the spyware program, restart your computer. If you'd like post another System Information Report and I can make recommendations on which programs you should disable from automatically loading with Windows.
