not able to get my automic clock back

I am a current user, my computer crashed and I had to get a new computer and now am wondering how to get watchright for aim messages back in my computer. I am not computer literate so please be patient with me. Must I download and purchase again?

Don't worry about not being computer literate, we will work with you until you have your WR working again. WR is registered to your computer's Hard Drive. Since you now have a different Hard drive you will need to send mail to our registration department and let them know what happened so they can give you a knew registration number. First you will have to download WR again, and send this info to [e-mail]:

Your full name

The name of the product

Current serial number from Watch Right as installed on your new computer.

Just make sure you let them know your computer crashed and you are on a new computer. Don't forget to send the new serial number, if you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask. :-)

Please follow the steps in this this post It's pinned at the top of the Watch Right category and explains the process of getting a new WR registration number (including where to find your new serial number > in the Watch Right "About" screen.)

Thank you for the info, I understand all expect how to find the current serial number installed on computer , how does one find the "about screen"?

You need to first open the Watch Right Control Panel by entering your password as usual.

Once this is done, click the "Help" menu in the WR Control Panel, then select "About Watch Right" in the menu. Your serial number will be displayed there.
