Thank you for posting your BPS System Information Report.
Your problem is more than likely caused by a very particular spyware program, MyWebSearch.

I'd suggest uninstalling this program from your system:

1. Click on START
2. Point to Control Panel
3. Double click on "Add/Remove Programs"
4. Search for MyWebSearch in the list, double click on this entry to start the uninstallation process.

Next I would highly recommend that you download one of the FREE spyware removal tools mentioned in this article:
Safely Remove Spyware.

(For ease of use, I suggest you try Ad-Aware SE Personal by Lavasoft.)

Note: After you download and install Ad-Aware, use the "Update" function to ensure you have the latest signature files. Delete any item listed as "spyware" then restart your computer.
