I am able to see all of the IM's sent and received but am Watch Right isn't copying my daughter's e-mails. Her account is under AOL-AIM. What do I need to do to see these on my Watch Right program? It always says there are no e-mails to view but her e-mail box says there are 4 messages.

If so, Watch Right can only log emails that were sent and received with the full AOL software, not web-based email.
