Are you sure that you checked the correct option boxes and enabled Watch Right properly?

Also, you say Watch Right is not logging the activity on AIM, but it is logging Internet Explorer browsing sessions? Or is it not logging anything at all?

I can't find anything specific in your System Info that would create a problem with Watch Right, except maybe that there is a large number of applications running in the background on your system. One of them, or some spyware or virus, may be interfering with Watch Right.

Please update you antivirus programs and run a full scan.

Download and install Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition, which is a free adware/spyware removal tool. Click here to download it. Once installed, make sure to update the database before running a full scan. Remove everything recommended by Ad-Aware.

In addition, download and install SpyBot Search & Destroy, which is also a free adware/spyware removal too. It is a little more difficult to use than Ad-Aware, but may be able to remove additional malware. Click here to download it. Once installed, make sure to update the database before running a full scan. Review the list found by Spybot and remove anything suspicious.

I would also suggest closing all applications and background tasks that are not absolutely necessary while testing, in order to try and pinpoint a possible culprit.

I downloaded a trial period for Watchright. It only logged the Internet Explorer places my daughter visited but no AOL or Aim. I really would like to be able to use this system if I can get some Technical assistance on getting it to run.

Please update you antivirus programs and run a full scan.

Please post the BPS System Information Report.
Here are the directions:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "New Thread" button in this board (or "Reply" button in your thread if you already have one open for your problem), right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.

If you have a registered version of Watch Right already installed on your computer, simply download the newest version and then install it over your current version. It will remained registered (no need to re-enter your registration number or anything.)

Can you please give us a little more info as to what isn't logging? Is it AOL, AIM, chats, Mail? And also Do you use a Spyware Removal Program? And excellent one to use is Ad-aware se, you can get that at Lavasoft.com and click on the personal use program, the one that is for free, that is an excellent program to use. Here are the directions for use:

How to Update Ad-Aware Signature Files:
Click on START > Programs > LavaSoft Ad-Aware SE > LavaSoft Ad-Aware SE Personal
Click on the "Check for updates" link just above START.
Click on the "Connect" button.
If an update is found, click on the "OK" button to start the download process.
When complete, click on "Finish", this will take you back to the main screen.
Now, click on "START" then click next, to begin the scanning process, make certain both of these options are selected:

**Perform Full System Scan
**Search for negligable risk entries

After scan is complete click on Next
Any Spyware that it has found,click on critical objects on top of that page, then right click and click select all subjects. You will get a screen saying those files will be removed, click ok
Remove any items found (if prompted to allow Ad-Aware to run at reboot, click on "YES").
You are now done scanning for Spyware and can close the program by clicking on the X in the upper right hand corner :-) I hope this helped. :-)

And I don't want to give you too much work to do right now but we really need to work on cleaning your system up, you have too many programs running on there, so with your next post we will give you directions on how to clean up a bit. :-)
