I saw on the other thread where "MyWebSearch" interferes with the recording of AIM chats. When I tried to uninstall it using the Add/Delete function in Control Panel, it just nothing happens. So I just went to Program Files & deleted the MyWebSearch folder and its contents.
I'm wondering, though, if running the AIM under Netscape 7.2 might also prevent WatchRight from recording chats?

I'm wondering, though, if running the AIM under Netscape 7.2 might also prevent WatchRight from recording chats? Do you mean a version of AIM that runs directly in your web browser, like AIM Express? If so, then WatchRight won't be able to record those sessions, as it needs the standalone version of AIM in order to function properly. Also, please follow these instructions to post your system information as a reply in this thread, in case you are not using AIM Express, so we can look further into the problem. Thanks.
