My 2 children and I are each separate users on my PC, and we each have our own AOL screen name. I recently installed Watch and it logged all on my IM's and emails, etc. However, it logged absolutely nothing for 1 of my daughters. I know she visited a couple of web sites and IM'd with about 4-5 people. The log has nothing recorded for her. Help!!

Do you know if your daughter that it is not logging for is using AOL or if she is possibly using AIM express or one of the other types of IM's? Unfortunately to find out if she is using AIM Express you would have to ask her since that does not have to be downloaded to be used.

She is using AOL........I've observed her signing on to AOL and instant messaging directly off her buddy list. She is not launching AIM or AIM express to instant message.

Please check to see that you have your settings to Monitor All once you open your control panel which is the screen you see after you enter your Password. If it is set on Monitor All, try typing her name in and see if it will pick up then. Also I would like to check your system Information and make sure you have the latest programs to use Watch Right please. So if you can please do this it would be a great help: 1. Click the Windows "Start" button. 2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system. 3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group. 4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely. 5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.) 6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post. 7. Click the "Post Message" button. Thank You, BPS TBear :-)
