Lisa, thank you for posting the BPS System Information Report..

I can see from this report that you're also using DeadAIM (this is an AIM add-on). Unfortunately WatchRight is not capable of logging IM conversations while DeadAIM is installed. You will need to uninstall it from your computer, here are the directions:

1. Click on START
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Click on Add/Remove Programs icon
4. Locate DeadAIM in the list and double click on this entry to begin the uninstall process.

You also have an abundant amount of Spyware installed on your system. These unwanted programs can choke your system and cause sluggish performance.
