AOT

I forgot to log in for my last message, but the question is the same. I don't know how to re-install my previous AOT program. My registration number was 157716888.
I have tried downloading AOT from the website, but it won't download, although it seems to be on a download list which I can't find.
I have also tried buying it again, as I do like the program, but when I reach the checkout to pay, there is a series of warnings and can go no further.
Presumably I have committed some awful error. What can it be?
In general, I can manage to sort out most problems, but this has got me beaten and I think I'd need some detailed instructions.

If you've already purchased it and have a registration number, you shouldn't have to purchase it again.

Where did you try to download AOT from? Did you go to our web site at www.bpssoft.com ?

There shouldn't be any problem downloading it from there. Do you get any error message when you try? What happens exactly? And what browser do you use to access our web site?

I don't seem to b able to download AOT. When I reach AOT home page, I click on Download/Download Now and get a message "This file already exists in the download list Do you want to add the duplicate?" I click NO, as what I want is the original download. There is a reference to BPS_AOT1.EXE, but I don't know where to find the download list or program and since it has not been downloaded, it does not appear within the program or application list.
My PC is OK, as it works well normally and I have recently re-installed RecordNowDeLuxe from an old e-mail which I had saved. I had saved the AOT registration but not the installation file.
What error am I making, if any?

Please answer these questions:

1) Are you trying to download AOT from our AOL Forum or from our web site at www.bpssoft.com ?

2) Are you using AOL or an external web browser (which one?) to download the file?

Sorry if I've caused problems. I'm unfamiliar with message board.
I do not have AOL, but use IE7/Favorites to access bpssoft.com. I then go to AOT/Support/Tech Support/Log in/Message board.
I use bps website to download, but as I mentioned before, when I click "download", there is a message "This file already exists in the download list Do you want to add the duplicate?" I have searched my PC but can't find a reference relating to AOT download or to a download list, so don't know how to proceed.

I'm sorry, I don't have Internet Explorer 7, so I'm not familiar with its features. There may be some kind of download manager within Internet Explorer, from which you could continue the download. I would advise you review Internet Explorer 7's Online Help for information on this, or do a Google search for instructions on how to use IE 7.

Addendum: Have you tried searching your computer for the following file: BPS_AOT1.EXE ?

Click on START > Search.
Search the entire C:\ drive for: BPS_AOT1.EXE
When found, simply double-click on the file to start the installation process.
