Wavman

I uninstalled AOL a few years ago. I am going to buy myself a new computer soon, and I was thinking wavman would be a handy tool for keeping my wavs intact and all together. I *think* I bought wavman from BPS.

Can I use wavman without AOL? I am using windows XP.
