Include feature with e-mail

When I use the "Include" feature, it boldfaces all of the included e-mail. I have a bold signature but have tried unbolding it and same thing. Have tried changing the PT Email and Message Board Prefs. and no result. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried the adjusting the settings at Keyword: FONTS? (I haven't used AOL in many many many years, I don't know if this particular keyword is still active.)

A lot of time the users default AOL settings interfere with the settings from the Custom Phrase Editor.
