Address Book, Custom Phrase Editor Won't Transfer

I recently had to reinstall Windows XP and all my programs.

I downloaded fresh copies of AOL 9.0 and PT 12.0.38. Then I copied Tool Bars, Address Book and Custom Phrase Editor from a saved copy of PT into the new PT directory. I opened Address Book and Custom Phrase Editor and used the File to open the "old" Address Book and Custom Phrase Editor that I had transferred into the new PT directory.

Both files are empty. There are no addresses and no custom phrases. The "Old" files have the right size to indicate that they have data, yet they display as empty.

Also, the old Tool Bars don't load.

What have I done wrong?

You will probably have to load the files manually.

Open the Custom Phrase Editor, click on File > Open > Select the "old" files.

Do the same for the Address Book database file.
