Incentive pack

I have PT 10.1 I save it as well as the incentive pack, well, the incentive pack is damaged and I crashed my PC, where Can I download it again. BTW, It will not let me download from the purchase power tools icon, it says I do not have access to the library file??? I am a paying customer and have my valid reg number. Ricky are you still out there?
