I sent to AlwaysOnTimeRegs@gmail.com all the necessary information two days ago. I am a customer who paid for my registration but now that the new version has a new registration scheme, I don't seem to be able to get a new registration number. I wish I had a phone number to call or something. I have to go for surgery next Monday and I'd love to have the registration key before then. I talked to a Barb Hickman at BMT Micro and she gave me the email address of a Brad O'Keefe and I emailed him too. What else must I do to get my new registration key?

It can takes a few business days for the registration verification to go through. Also, make sure that your mail service isn't blocking certain emails, or that the email you've been waiting for hasn't been mistakingly placed in your junk mail folder.
I'll check with Brad on the status of your enquiry.

My hardware fingerprint is E709-1987. My previous password was 63832986. Whatever help you can offer I'd appreciate. Have Brad email me at seekingfreedom@sbcglobal.net with my new registration key. Thanks.

Just email that information to him... that way you can store the email in your AOL Personal Filing Cabinet for review later (and so you can omit the middle man.. .

I sent an email needing new registration key for my AOT. I have had this program for a long time and now I have a new computer and the old key does not work. Was wondering how long does it take to get a new key sent in the mail. Thanks

I sent an email needing new registration key for my AOT. I have had this program for a long time and now I have a new computer and the old key does not work. Was wondering how long does it take to get a new key sent in the mail. It should only take a few days. Did you send the email to AlwaysOnTimeRegs@gmail.com with all necessary information? Also, make sure that your mail service isn't blocking certain emails, or that the email you've been waiting for hasn't been mistakingly placed in your junk mail folder. If you've been waiting more than a week, I can check the status of your enquiry. I'm going to lock this thread, since the original poster's question had been answered. If you have any further questions or comments, please start your own thread.
