I have AOL 9.1 on a new PC and downloaded OT 12.038. I have a valid PT registration number but I can't seem to get it to register on my new PC. Operating systerm Windows XP.
HELP... DO I need to downgrade to AOL 9.0?

Below is the message received - I have tried everything and can not get Power Tools to connect.
i Abort Message
This version of Power Tools does not support AOL 8.0 or lower. To correct this, launch AOL 9.0 first, then Power Tools. Power Tools will then record where AOL is and launch it correctly next time.

That error message appears because you're using a version of AOL that is not compatible with PowerTools. I should have noticed in your first post that you listed AOL 9.1 as your installed version. You will need to download and install AOL 9.0 Optimized from the link below within my signature line. |
